ruhrKultour is business partner with the RTG and its main event.

 We developed a concept to optimize event management at one

 of the main hubs (Dortmund harbour).

 Also we were commissioned to handle human ressources management.

 Performing that task, ruhrKultour was responsible for promotional and

 event staff as well as meeting points and organisation on the spot.

 Ticketing: ruhrKultour also handled all box office business for this

 major event.

 Prior to this event and at the day itself we provided qualified promotional staff

 thoughout the area. Additionally we attract tourists by our WEEKEND

 PACKAGES for this one-of-a-kind event.
